I am looking at a Honda Pridor footrest with rubber because the standard metal surface can feel less comfortable during longer rides. I am curious whether the rubber covering actually makes a noticeable difference in grip and foot comfort, especially for passengers. Before choosing one, should I check the rubber quality, footrest width, and mounting strength? I also want to know if rubber-covered footrests are easier to maintain when the bike is regularly used in dusty or rainy conditions.
